Q: Are your products gluten free?

Yes, all Utoffeea products are Gluten-free, and produced in a Gluten-free kitchen however they are not certified GF. We have many celiac customers that enjoy our products, but if your diet requires certified GF, then please be safe and don’t eat our products. 

Q: What kinds of nuts are in Utoffeea?

We use many different kinds of nuts in our products. Utoffeea Original and Dark feature roasted cashews, while Pecan Spice and Almond Espresso use pecans and almonds respectively. All our products are produced in the same facility, so if a customer has nut allergies we ask out of caution that they do not consume Utoffeea products. 

Q: What is the best way to store Utoffeea products?

It is best to keep Utoffeea in a cool dry place such as the fridge or the freezer - it won’t go bad at room temperature (shelf life of 6 months), but the cooler temps keep the toffee crunchy longer. 

Ice Cream Topping should be kept in the freezer for optimal crunch.

Q: Does Utoffeea offer donations?

Yes we do! However Utoffeea receives more donation requests than we can support.

Ineligible donation requests include:

  • Financial support or cash donations
  • Political organizations or events
  • Social prizes
  • Support for individuals
  • Sporting events or teams
  • People individually raising money for a non-profit organization

If you believe your donation request fits in with our in-kind giving guidelines please email a brief description of your event including goal and achievements along with your request to hello@utoffeea.com. Giving will be determined on a case-by- case basis. Please allow one week for response.

Q: I’m dissatisfied with my Utoffeea product. What should I do?

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we would love to make it right with you.
