Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Utoffeea, we take care to ensure your sweet treats arrive safely and ready to enjoy!

Shipping Across Canada: We proudly ship Utoffeea products across Canada! Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Processing & Delivery: Orders are carefully packed and shipped from our facility in Manitoba. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Warm Weather Shipping: Our handcrafted toffee and chocolate treats are sensitive to heat. During the summer months (June, July, August), we ship all orders in insulated boxes with ice packs. While we package orders with care, we cannot guarantee that products will remain unaffected by extreme temperatures during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos, if applicable. We’re happy to help make things right!
